Can I get a refund if I need to redo the work?

If your edits come back not looking quite right, you should get in touch with us right away.

We stand by the quality of our work, and believe that our clients shouldn’t be re-editing their images in such situations.

If adjustments are needed, we make sure those are done as quickly as possible. It is also possible that something technical went wrong upon export.

Failure to get in touch with us in such situation will make it more difficult for us to issue a credit or refund, as alternative solutions would have first been available.
